Data Deletion Instructions

What we delete

• Your Instagram access token
• Your profile data (ID, username, profile picture, followers count, media count)
• Your media cache (ID, caption, media type, media URL, thumbnail URL, permalink, timestamp)

How to request deletion (choose one)

1. Disconnect inside the App
Click "Disconnect Instagram". Your access token is deleted immediately, and the rest of your data is deleted as described below.

2. Remove the App from Instagram
In Instagram, go to Settings > Apps and Websites (Business Integrations), select Media Analytics Hub and click Remove. Meta sends a data deletion request to our callback (https://reloadcontentrepository.com/api/meta/data-deletion) and we delete your data.

3. Email us
Write to info@reloadcontentrepository.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and your Instagram username.

Timing

Deletion is completed within 7 days of your request. Without a request, cached data is automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
