1. Who we are

2. What the App does

The App lets the owner of an Instagram professional account connect that account through Instagram Login (Instagram API with Instagram Login) and view their own profile and their own media library in one place inside the App.

3. Permission we request

We request only one permission: instagram_business_basic. We do not request any other Instagram permission.

4. Data we read from Instagram

With your authorization, and only for the Instagram professional account you connect, we read:

• Profile: account ID, username, profile picture, followers count and media count.
• Media: media ID, caption, media type, media URL, thumbnail URL, permalink and timestamp.

We only access data belonging to the account owner who connects it. We do not access data about other Instagram users.

5. How we use the data

We use this data only to display your connected account's profile and media inside the App, so you can see your own content in one place. We do not use it for any other purpose.

6. What we store and for how long

We store your access token, the profile fields listed above and a cache of your media information. This data is kept for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted. Your access token is deleted immediately when you disconnect your account.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties, except the hosting providers strictly necessary to run the service.

8. Security

We protect stored data with access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS).

9. Your choices and data deletion

You can delete your data at any time:

(a) Click "Disconnect Instagram" in the App.
(b) Remove the App from your Instagram settings (Apps and Websites). Meta then notifies us through our data deletion callback (https://reloadcontentrepository.com/api/meta/data-deletion) and we delete your data.
(c) Email info@reloadcontentrepository.com.

Deletion is completed within 7 days and removes your access token, profile data and media cache.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
